HOUSE MANUAL
BATH. You will find bath products and the bath plug in the vanity middle drawer on the left.
BATHROOM EXTRAS. You will find a hair dryer, hair straightener, lint brush in the vanity bottom drawer on the left. Bath towels Please help yourself to extra towels from the bottom shelf in the vanity. Just leave all towels to be washed in the laundry basket in the bathroom.
BATTERIES. Replacement batteries are located in the large top drawer to the left of the stove. They are in a zip lock bag towards the back of the right compartment.
BED LINEN. For those of you having an extended stay and would like to change your bedding, there is extra linen in a storage bag RHS top shelf in the wardrobe. Just leave linen to be washed in the laundry basket in the bathroom.
BEDROOM HANGERS. There is a combination of wooden hangers, hangers with clips and satin padded hangers for your convenience.
BEDROOM PILLOWS. There are two firm latex pillows and two medium non allergenic pillows on the bed. There is a spare feather pillow stored in the wardrobe below the extra bed linen.
BLUETOOTH SPEAKERS.
(1) By the bed in the Japanese container
(2) On the kitchen bench Simply turn on the paring button to sync with your device.
CEILING FAN. A ceiling fan is located in the family room. The control is located in the TV cabinet LHS on the second shelf. Select Low / Med / Hi as required.
CHECK OUT. Check out is 10am. Please ensure everything is turned off, the keys are on the kitchen bench, and the front and back doors and deadlocked upon departure.
CHOPPING BOARD. Located next to the microwave. Additional on lowest shelf in the pantry cupboard.
CLEANING. If you would like cleaners to come during your stay please let me know and I can organise it for you. A full clean is $75 and can be paid directly to the cleaners in cash. I'll provide you with the details upon request.
DISHWASHER. Turn power on, place detergent in the chamber, select your preferred cycle. Press start.
DRYER. There is a clothes horse and electric dryer available for your use. The clothes horse is stored in the laundry cupboard on the left hand side. The electric dryer is located above the washing machine. Turn power on. Select either Sensor Program (extra dry, normal dry or iron dry) or select Timer Program (90, 60 or 30 mins). If you need to check it throughout the cycle use the pause button prior to opening the door. Please leave the cupboard door open for ventilation at all times when using the dryer. To avoid condensation it may also be helpful to open the sliding door to the light court or turn on the extractor fan. Clean the filter after each use.
ELECTRIC BLANKET (colder months) Your bed has an electric blanket. Each side of the bed has a power source and control unit. Plug in to the power source, switch control on and adjust to your required temperature. Switch off when not required or in use.
ELECTRIC POWER ADAPTOR. There is an electrical power adaptor located in the top drawer in the bedroom & bottom left drawer of the bathroom vanity. Electrical power board There is one on each side of the bed for your convenience.

GUEST BOOK. A guest book is available for you to sign if you’d like to leave a message. I’d love to hear from you. :)
HEATING. Central Heating: Control located at the end of entrance hall RHS. It is set at 21. Simply press the on/off switch until you hear it click on/off. It will reach 21 then click on and off to maintain the temperature. Turn on and off as required. Wall Heater: Located at the rear of the house. Simply turn the large round dial to the right to turn on. You will see indicators for low to high. Don't press any of the buttons because it will turn off the pilot and it isn't always easy to re-light. * Thank you for conserving power by using as required and turning off when areas are not in use.
IRON. Located in the cleaning cupboard in the kitchen opposite the fridge.
IRONING BOARD. Located on the laundry cupboard in the bathroom.
INTERIOR VERTICAL GARDEN. Indoor pot plants and vertical garden. If you are staying during the warmer months or for an extended period, please give them some water. A spray gun is hanging to the side of the vertical garden. If you'd prefer not to please let me know and I'll arrange a convenient time to come and carry this out.
INTERNET. User: Arranmore Password: Welcome58 * The modem is located at the base of the book stand in the lounge room.
KITCHEN UNDER COUNTER LIGHTS. Each wall cabinet has under counter lighting. They are all operated separately with a small switch underneath the cabinet on the RHS Light globes
LIGHT GLOBES. Replacement globes is located in the cleaning cupboard in the kitchen opposite the fridge.
MAIL. Please leave all addressed mail in the letterbox and I will pass by and pick it up.
OUTDOOR FURNITURE. There is bench seating on the front verandah, and in the rear courtyard. For added comfort you'll find seating cushions in the top left drawer of the bench seat next to the kitchen.
PARKING. There is two hour parking limit out the front of the house and I have a visitors parking permit available for you for $100 deposit to be paid through the airbnb platform (refund processed upon return of permit). The street has a 2 hr limit Mon-Fri until 6:30pm. Please let me know if you would like to use the permit prior to your arrival so I send a payment request, and have ready for you at check in.
RUBBISH. Underneath the sink you will find 3 bins: Food waste caddy - for food waste as described on the lid Grey bin with bag - general waste Grey bin without bag- recycling including paper, cardboard, metal, glass, plastic NB: You’ll find extra bags for the food caddy + general waste in the 3rd drawer. The household bins are located in the front garden of the main house: Large green bin with light green lid - for food waste Smaller green bin - for household waste, Blue bin with yellow lid - for all recycling including paper / cardboard / metal / glass / plastic. NB: Bins go out Thursday night for early morning collection on Friday
SEWING KIT. Located on shelf above washing machine in bathroom. Shower The shower has two heads. You can select one or both using the round lever located between the two.
TELEVISION. (1) There is a TV in the lounge room set up with Google Chromecast. Once you add the Google chrome cast to your phone or tablet yo can stream from any of your preferred apps including freeview / YouTube / SBS on Demand / Netflix etc. It operates through HDMI and is set up on this mode for your convenience. (2) There is a smart TV located in the family area at the rear of the house. Simply use the remote control provided to navigate between free to air TV / YouTube / SBS on Demand / Netflix.
TOILET PAPER. Extra paper is located in the cleaning cupboard in the kitchen opposite the fridge.
WASHING MACHINE. Various cycle types are clearly identified on the machine. Turn the circular knob to your desired cycle. Add the powder and fabric softener as required and press the start button on the right hand side.
UMBRELLA. There is an umbrella available for use during your stay. It is hanging on a hook near the front door. Yoga mat + hand weights These are available for your use and located under the couch in the family room.
