What do you think of when it's cold? Soup! (and woolly socks, long hot baths and cuddling…)
I was first drawn to A La Soupe because of the design…great facade and bright, contemporary interior. I was a bit shocked that the queue out the door was for soup. Didn't they all realise it was summer and boiling outside? I went in and looked at the menu, then saw how fresh the food was (and organic). All the varieties are stored chilled and individual serves are heated in individual saucepans as required, and topped with super fresh vegies and herbs. Fabulous!
