Anna + Nina as the name suggests, is a collaboration between Anna and Nina. They describe their enterprise as an "Amsterdam based accessories agency" and their key area of expertise is in fashion accessories, press events, fashion shoots and brand activation. They opened their first retail store in February 2013, and it was such a success that last month they opened their second one at the Kloveniersburgwal.
So what do they sell? A beautiful mix of jewellery and homewares. Brands include; The Old house, Rue 13, Maison Irem, A Mano Trading, Jewelrocks as well as their own brand Anna + Nina. It has been developed in Indonesia as a series of "daily objects" and features pillows with traditional Indonesian ikat patterns and silver and brass cuffs with unique and entertaining sentiments. "Bitch" , "drama queen" and "idiot" are my favourites! The good news for those of you who aren't in Amsterdam? They launched their online store last December so go to their website and get shopping!
