Fortnum and Mason is a department store in Central London founded in 1707 by William Fortnum and Hugh Mason. It's reputation was built on supplying quality food, and though it's developed into a department store, it continues to focus on stocking a variety of exotic, speciality as well as basic food items. In 2013 they opened an additional store in St Pancras international station, and earlier this year the first standalone outside Britain in Dubai. I didn't even know it existed until late this afternoon, so there goes my position as a global foodie!
