George W. P. A. A fabulously stylish restaurant in Amsterdam, close to Vondel Park, filled with New York style and a super simple menu. They describe it as being "French cuisine, New York style" but I checked the menu and it looks just as much Italian as it is french? Hmmmmm? Oh well…looks fabulous. I had so much time in Amsterdam, almost 5 weeks over 2 separate visits and somehow I ran out of time to sit and dine, I did however squeeze in a short visit. I relaxed comfortably at an outside table, under the market umbrella, and enjoyed the (beautiful) passing crowd one summers afternoon sipping champagne and I've got to say... it was wonderful...
