Established in 1849, John Lobb's rich heritage is reinforced by timeless qualities of craftsmanship, service and style. The company continues to maintain its bespoke shoe-making tradition, while also retaining core bespoke principles in the manufacture of its expanding ready-to-wear collection of shoes and leather goods. In recent years they have collaborated with Paul Smith and Aston Martin, making some distinctly colourful and edgy additions to the collection.
Why mens shoes? Well the London business man is a beautiful thing to see; the suit, shirt, tie, socks, shoes. Their mad, seemingly non matching colours, and patterns look absolutely fabulous. A well dressed Englishman is truly something to behold, and as we know, shoes can really make or break a look. Prince Charles just happens to be a known fan, and long term client, and he is not the only one. The list of famed and fortuned goes back for close to 150 years. Wooden moulds of all these famous feet sit on dusty shelves on the premises of the flagship store.
